Support for SMEs in the transition
Net Zero Industry has a mission to help the Swedish manufacturing industry achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are essential to achieving this goal, which is why several of our initiatives and funding calls are specifically targeted at them.
At the same time, a range of organisations can support SMEs in their transition and provide valuable assistance. Below is a selection of such organisations.
Scaleup Europe Fund
The Scaleup Europe Fund is a new European fund that provides growth capital to fast-growing technology companies in strategic sectors such as energy, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing. Its aim is to strengthen Europe’s competitiveness and help more companies grow and scale up within Europe.

Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)

The network includes around 4,000 business development specialists and experts worldwide and helps small and medium-sized enterprises identify business contacts, collaboration partners and funding opportunities in international markets.
EU SME Support
On behalf of Vinnova, Tillväxtverket and Energimyndigheten, EU SME Support works to help more Swedish SMEs apply for and secure funding from EU programmes such as Horizon Europe, European Innovation Council (EIC), Eurostars and Innovation Fund.
