Forums and Strategy board
With the programme’s mission in focus, the programme works closely with the system to:

- Obtain a solid analysis of the external environment and foresight
- Obtain expertise in areas that are crucial to the mission, initiatives and calls for proposals
The programme has three types of groups for the above work.
Dialogue forum – continuous dialogue with existing groups in the system regarding needs
Net Zero forum – broad participation from the ecosystem with a focus on needs and effects
Industrial Strategy board– industry participation with a focus on needs, effects and direction
Dialogue forums
Dialogue forums involve ongoing dialogue with existing groups in the system to ensure a breadth of perspectives that is crucial to the mission. Dialogue forums vary over time and according to need. They play a crucial role in ensuring industry relevance and that the programme’s efforts are as effective as possible.
