Syclen1: System change & development in the value chain – Net Zero Demonstrator step 1

Syclen1 is a feasibility study that intends to document and prepare a full-scale demonstrator of how to achieve the main goals of the Net Zero Industry program in a value chain.

The approach is that by applying the ProductionLeap framework with Green-Lean content for resource-efficient, disruption-free, circular and resilient production, and coordinate development of this in several companies in the same value chain, it is possible to achieve the goals for reducing the climate footprint of the value chain / manufacturing system by 75% between 2024-2035.

Similarly, we believe that by reducing material and labor supply vulnerabilities and developing a more inclusive production system, we can ensure a capacity increase in the production system of electricity supply components needed to achieve 75% reduced carbon footprint of the power supply infrastructure system per revenue.
