Swedish Manufacturing Conference 20–21 May 2026
Swedish Manufacturing Conference brings together industry, academia, and institutes to share experiences, explore new opportunities, and build collaborations that strengthen the manufacturing industry’s competitiveness.
Take part of the latest research results from projects that address the main challenges the manufacturing industry face, how to strengthen competitiveness and build resilience while reaching climate neutrality.
With a focus on sustainable and future-proof production, the two-day conference offers inspiration, knowledge exchange, and concrete examples of industry-relevant project results and their impact. Here, business and research interact to find solutions that accelerate the transition to a more competitive and resource-efficient manufacturing sector.
The conference, by many known as the Cluster Conference or the R&D Cluster Conference, is from this year on changing it’s name to the Swedish Manufacturing Conference. Just like previous editions, it is an arena for inspiration and networking with the aim of strengthening the Swedish manufacturing industry and cooperation between business and research and research organisations.
The 2026 theme is Building a competitive and resilient manufacturing industry.
As last year, the conference is a joint event organised by the Swedish Manufacturing Cluster and Net Zero Industry. See you in Södertälje on 20-21 May.
