Webinar: How does talent mobility create value?
Welcome to a Net Zero Industry webinar focusing on talent mobility
Talent mobility is a valuable way for both employees and organisations to broaden their horizons, build new connections, gain new insights and develop new collaborations. Net Zero Industry’s second call for proposals on talent mobility is currently open. We see collaboration and knowledge exchange as important tools for accelerating the transition towards net-zero greenhouse gas emissions in the manufacturing industry.
During the webinar, you will hear insights and practical examples of how talent mobility can strengthen skills development, innovation and collaboration between organisations.
Together with our guests, we will discuss needs, outcomes and lessons learned from talent mobility. What opportunities can talent mobility create, and what impact can it have on the ability of individuals and organisations to innovate and drive the transition?
You will, of course, also hear more about our current open call for proposals, with an opportunity to ask questions.
Speakers:
- Cecilia Ramberg, Deputy Programme Director & Head of Calls, Net Zero Industry
- Lorenzo Daghini, Group Manager at Scania, focusing on research, innovation and strategic development within production and logistics
